JAMES EDGHILL
Mr. James S.Y. Edghill, MSc. (Hons.) is a graduate of the University of Bristol – UK and holds a Masters degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters from the Harvard School of Design in Real Estate Development.
James is the co-founder and principal of ITB Associates, One Builders, Vision Development Inc and Airline Services Inc, companies spanning the construction and real estate development fields in the Caribbean.
He is also the Managing Director of One Warrens Limited, a subsidiary of Caribbean Consultants Limited, the leading commercial real estate developer in Barbados. He has spearheaded commercial development projects such as One Welches and One Barbados Place and the Hyatt Hotel.
James is a former Financial Consultant providing services to firms throughout Western Europe and currently sits on the board of Republic Bank and Insurance Corporation of Barbados as well as several charitable and private sector organizations.
DANIEL ATWELL
Mr. Daniel Atwell is the co-founder and managing director of ITB Associates and One Builders. He started his construction career as a finishing foreman 20 years ago and since has gained tremendous experience with leading companies in the industry.
Over a seven-year period, Mr. Atwell has swiftly risen in the ranks from general foreman to site manager and took the role of project manager of his first project in 2007. This is a testament to his work ethic and has given him an invaluable perspective from the ground up.
His portfolio includes high-quality villas and condominium developments, as well as high-rise commercial office buildings and multi-story housing. The clients, architects and engineers he works with value his ability to troubleshoot various details and find solutions for complicated scenarios. In addition, he is experienced in value engineering projects to fit with the client's budget which also contributes to increased satisfaction.
With a reputation to be fair and honest, Mr. Atwell has built a network of noteworthy clients. His in-depth knowledge of the local market has allowed him to secure relationships with the industry's top sub-contractors, tradesmen and suppliers whom support his ambition for perfection.
